What it does
- Watches the ad accounts you run for runaway spend and collapsing performance.
- Checks numbers against a set of limits you own, like spend, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, conversions, click-through rate, and cost per click.
- Hands you the exact change to make, and waits for your yes.
Setup in 4 steps
- Click Add to Grok Bot above, or Import Bot on the listing.
- Review what it includes and connects to, then click Add Bot (xAI's guide).
- Answer its setup questions: your ad platforms and accounts, monthly budget, daily plan, and currency, which metrics matter to you, priority accounts, and a few more.
- Give it a first small job, check the result, then turn on scheduled jobs.
Example
A local landscaping company running a spring Google Ads campaign (our example scenario)
- Set a monthly budget and a cost-per-lead limit.
- Paste last week's export.
- Read the verdict, and make any change yourself in Google Ads.
- Turn on the daily check for the busy season.
Tips
- Set limits you would actually act on.
- Pair it with Paid Media Report Desk if you also want a weekly report.
