CategorySales & follow-up
Good fit for (our take)B2B owners who sell to other businesses and need a steady list of good-fit prospects.
Starts fromA description of who you sell to. Its listing says it starts a first list right away.
Scheduled jobsIts listing says its weekday drafts, Friday recap, and Monday list top-up stay off until you turn them on.

What it does
- Builds a target list from the public web and researches each person.
- Writes the opening message for each one and handles replies, up to the first four touches.
- Puts a source link on every fact. A fact with no source stays blank, and it never builds an email address from a pattern.
Setup in 4 steps
- Click Add to Grok Bot above, or Import Bot on the listing.
- Review what it includes and connects to, then click Add Bot (xAI's guide).
- Answer its setup questions: what you sell and who buys it, target job titles and your ask, proof you can cite, who not to contact, and a few more.
- Give it a first small job, check the result, then turn on scheduled jobs.
Example
A commercial cleaning company that wants more office clients (our example scenario)
- Describe your ideal client: offices of 20 to 100 people in your metro area.
- Add your do-not-contact list of current clients.
- Review the first list and drafts.
- Approve and send the ones you like.
Tips
- A tight description of your ideal customer gives better lists.
- Inbound leads are a different job. Use Lead Pipeline Desk for those.
