What it does
- Logs every inbound ask, whether it's an invitation, sponsorship, speaking slot, booth, partnership, or swag, as one row in a queue.
- Scores each one against your rules (five criteria by default, 0 to 3 each) and recommends yes, no, not now, or needs info.
- Drafts the reply for you to send, and after a yes, tracks what you owe the organizer until it is delivered.
Setup in 4 steps
- Click Add to Grok Bot above, or Import Bot on the listing.
- Review what it includes and connects to, then click Add Bot (xAI's guide).
- Answer its setup questions: your timezone and morning sweep hour, which event types to track and where asks arrive, your scoring rules, spend cap, period budget, blackout weeks, and travel limit, and a few more.
- Give it a first small job, check the result, then turn on scheduled jobs.
